   SECURE PAYMENT

When paying for an order, you can choose between three different means:

  • Credit or debit card: our payment system is totally secure, encrypted with Google security codes and managed by Stripe, the best system for online payments that exists and that in addition to being safe is fast and easy to use. The payment system accepts any credit or debit card from any national or international bank.
  • PayPal: it is the most used method when buying online and just as secure as our card payment.
  • Bank transfer: this method is the most laborious since you must place the order and then make a transfer through your bank to our account in Spain. To choose this method, contact us.

Regardless of the payment method, Sirena has the safest means to guarantee that your data remains in a safe place and that at no time will you run the risk of their being disclosed. The amount to be charged will be exactly the one that appears in your shopping cart, charging only once and not saving information about your card.

   PRODUCTS

Our products are always manufactured in the highest quality with the best steels and the best materials that exist. These products are intended to carry out fishing and we are not responsible for the improper or illegal use that is made with them. Some of the products we sell are sharp and blunt, so their use is not recommended for minors.

   PRICES AND CURRENCIES

The reference prices of this website are established in euros (€), however it can also be paid in US dollars (USD). The exchange rate is updated once a day so it is possible that prices in dollars (USD) change from one day to the next. The choice of currency can be made from the home page at the top right or in the footer. At the moment we are working to include more currencies, in case you need to pay in another currency or if you have any other questions, you can contact us in the contact form.

   SURPRISE GIFT

All orders made from our website will include a surprise gift in their respective package.

   TAXES

At no time will any tax be charged to customers as they are exempt by the Spanish Retail Trade Law (Art. 50. Three of Law 4/2012).

   10% DISCOUNT

The discount for subscribed customers will be automatically applied to the price shown on our website once the customer logs in. Thus, for example, the price of the Kraken X3 triple jar is € 29.90 but for subscribed customers it will be € 26.90.

   OFFERS OF THE MONTH

Each month there will be two products with a special discount. These products can be viewed from the home page. The price of these products will rise again at the end of the month or when each product runs out.

   OFFERS

Here you can find products that for some reason we have decided to discard and therefore will have a very cheap price. To access this list of products you must click on the link that appears in the main menu and also from the bottom of the home page “Offers”. These products will not benefit from the 10% discount for subscribed customers because their price is already considerably lower than the original price.

Also within this section you can also find the products that are on sale of the month.

   NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Peninsula of Spain, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Sirena ships throughout Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipments will be made within 24 hours from receipt of the order through urgent certified mail (in the case of ejectable hooks, the deadline for shipping will be 5 business days). Delivery times are between 1 and 2 business days for shipments to the Canary Islands and between 2 and 5 business days for the rest of Spain.

The tracking of shipments can be done through the postal website www.correos.es thanks to the tracking number that we will provide you after sending your package.

The shipping cost will be a single price of € 8.90 for all shipments within the national territory. Shipments whose amount exceeds € 100 will not have to pay shipping costs.

   CUSTOMS (Only Spain)

Packages sent by Sirena within the national territory (Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) will not have to take charge of any type of customs procedure or pay any extra cost when receiving the package.

   INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Our products reach all countries in the world, shipments will be made within two business days from receipt of the order via registered mail. Delivery times are between 5 and 30 days depending on the remoteness of the country of destination, for example a shipment to France or Portugal will be delivered in approximately 5 days and a shipment to Australia or South America will be delivered in about 30 days. The tracking of shipments can be done through the website www.17track.net thanks to the tracking number that we will provide you after sending your package.

International shipping costs will depend on the weight of the order placed (weight includes product packaging):

   RETURNS

All Sirena customers have the right to a refund of purchases made without having to state any reason.

Returned products must be in their original package without any damage, in the same state in which they received it.

Customers must be in charge of sending the package to our facilities, where our professionals will assess whether the products are in good condition.

Customers who make returns must provide us with a means through which we can return the money.

The amount of the return will be the totality of the goods without the shipping cost. In case the sale has benefited from free shipping, the shipping invoice by the post office will have to be deducted from the totality of the goods.

   FISHERIES LEGISLATION

For us it is impossible to compile all the fishing legislation to all the countries to which we sell. Sirena is not responsible for the illicit use made with our fishing articles. Each fisherman is responsible for the use of our articles according to the legislation in force in each fishing place.

   WARRANTY

All Sirena products are guaranteed against defects. In case of finding a product that is damaged or is not in good condition, customers will have a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the package.
